Most of us won’t realise we’re burning out until we reach crisis point. Jessica Rose came to Monki Gras to warn us that pushing ourselves to the point of burnout can actually make us less effective. She also explains how we can recognise some of the signs of burnout and recommends a range of self-care strategies.
